The N&W 611 steam locomotive did some trips in early April around North Carolina and Virginia. Here’s a shot of the #611 rolling north through the signals at Lexington, NC. More photos of the trips can be found here. As well, the train had several vintage passenger cars of note, from the California Zephyr was the Silver Solarium and Silver Lariat, seen here.
