Bunch of new updates…

September 5th, 2006

Well, I had been uploading photos to the site, but not putting them in galleries, so they’ve been backing up for a few weeks. Didn’t realise how far I was behind until I started going through them! However…tons of new stuff, new locomotives, rolling stock and some cool scenery updates. Best way to see all of them is probably click on the Latest Updates link.

August 30th, 2006

Got some pics of some real nice vintage autos in Stanley, NC, last weekend…

August 12th, 2006

Some vintage b&w steam and diesel photos from the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy, as well as some Colorado & Southern switchers.

New Steam Locomotive pics…

August 2nd, 2006

Some from good ones from TVRM, plus some very old ones, some T&P (in the Misc Steam galleries), MP and Pennsy.  More on the way…

I’ve been working on the railroad…

…galleries, that is.  Three pages of new vintage stuff, there’s an oxymoron for you.  CB&Q steam and freight cars, Burlington Northern locomotives in Q paint and more.  You can see it all in the latest updates gallery.

Created a new gallery…

July 25th, 2006

…called Wildlife. While I’m not sure you could exactly consider animals at the NC Zoo at Asheboro ‘wildlife’, I did get some rather interesting photos.

Farm & Trucking photos…

July 20th, 2006

Big bunch of old stuff that I finally got around to posting. Trucks, trucking, & vintage tractors. Enjoy! Plus some new pics, including a good shot of Lorie Garland, a local Hickory girl who does tractor pulls!

It’s been a few weeks…

July 19th, 2006

…since I posted anything, just not found anything to snap pics of. However, got some stuff yesterday, and should have some more new stuff (as well as a few old things) to put up by the weekend. I also managed to get the rating system working…it appeared that I had the threshold set too high.

New panorama…

June 26th, 2006

Since I’m getting pretty caught up, you’ll start seeing updates that reflect recent photos…this neat panorama of a barn and mist rolling over the mountains is something I took today, I saw the clouds coming in and then knew a good location to catch the shot…

Now that I’m getting caught up…

June 24th, 2006

…I’ve posted a bunch of newer stuff. New Scenery shots, a new background, and some more rollingstock and a few CSX and a UP locomotive. The lightning shots turned out pretty neat!
