Steam Lightning strikes twice…

Luckily, the North Carolina Transportation Museum is the location that the 611 has maintenance performed until they set up shop at its home in Virginia, so we got to see 611 twice in a month! It spent Fathers day at Spencer, then headed back north on the first of July to be ready for the 4th of July activities. Here it is travelling between Spencer, NC and Roanoke, it used the old Virginian route out of Hurt VA to get to Roanoke. Click on this gallery to see all the photos, and the video is here.
